We have exciting news! We have decided to open up our parental leave programme to make it available for everyone ❤️
It was always my vision to work closely with companies who want to do better - becoming family-friendlier places to work, and being trailblazers for equality and diversity in the process. But not everyone is lucky enough to work for those companies. We keep getting approached by people who would like to be part of our parental leave programme when they have their baby, but who are freelancers - or founders - or in between jobs - or working in companies that just aren’t there yet.
And what better place to open this new chapter than at this week’s herCAREER, a space where so many people come together who share our convictions when it comes to #diversity and female careers 🥰
So if you are interested, come and find us at the herCAREER expo this Thursday and Friday and let us know how we can support you during your parental leave.
