A concept put forward by Harvard’s professor Amy Edmondson.Her book is full of insightful case studies (from Volkswagen to Pixar, from financial institutions to a mining company) and practical advice for leaders. Amazing to see the vastly different ways you can create a fearless organization depending on your personal style

In her book she explains what psychological safety is, why it is vital for organizations and what we can do to cultivate it. The key is to create a climate in which people are comfortable expressing and being themselves without the fear of embarrassment or retribution.
