PRO BONO MENTORING OF IMPACT ORIENTED START-UPS
The participants gain insights into local stakeholder landscape of impact driven start-ups and are matched with Start-ups in their field. In a mentoring scheme they can apply their porfessional skills that are not utilized during parental leave and create chance and gain self-confidence with limited time commitment.
The participants will also be introduced into the field of impact investment and can participate in pitch events as well as in a due diligence process. The women will also invest collectively through MyCollective into impact driven Start-ups.
They experience real-life entrepreneurial problems beyond corporate life and can contribute with their professional skills in a purpose-driven business. Most women also see it as a confirmation of their currently not utilized skill set or a stepping stone approach towards advisory board commitments.
The participation in their program goes beyond retention and strives for inspiration. This is what the companies will get back when their leaders return: entrepreneurial and innovative spirit
