Children invite us to discover new skills. The aim here is to convert these skills into leadership skills reaching from communication strategies and resilience training to the training of effective time management and the art of „letting loose“.

We have set up a network of trainers with industry background and coaching experience as well as an understanding of the challenges of parenting. The result is a set of 6 trainings that were created for MyCollective to embrace the challenges female leaders face when babies enter into the equation.

We believe that this is the crucial time, when an award in the form of a training has an impact on the decision making of the women during the leave about the shape and form of her work commitment when she returns. These trainings equip the leaders with the skills and confidence they need to keep their career up.
